Is There a Neutral View on this?

When a war breaks out anywhere in the world, where WE are not directly involved, I am automatically put myself in a “neutral status” because by nature, War is a very biased subject. It doesn’t mean I don’t or won’t have opinions or observations on that war, but it does mean that I am not going to get sucked into siding one side or the other.
I don’t like all nations equally; I DO dislike some nations more than others but that only comes from the culture I live in. I have never traveled outside North America and I can’t say with certainty whether my “opinion” of other nations are justified or not.
I have also been bought up not to be a Racist or Bigot which is an unfair or unjustified generalization of a group of people even when you meet someone that falls outside that generalization. A good historical example of this is when someone hated a Black American just because they were black or a Jewish American just because they were Jewish etc.
What I don’t understand is why are so many Americans taking the side of Gaza in this current war?? I am not ignorant of the fact that Hamas/Gaza has killed around 3,000 people as of this date (june 2025) and Israel has killed upward of 50,000; I am not ignorant of the fact that Israel has destroyed their infrastructure so that the people are starving; hospitals gone so that Gazans can’t be healed of their wounds. I know it; I see it on Media and it repulses me also. What I haven’t seen in major Media is an Israeli sided justification of the war other than “they murdered 2,000 of our people on oct. 7, 2023”. Am I suppose to side with Gaza just because the death count is lopsided?? I’m sure there are many reasons for this but whatever side you take, I can state an argument of the opposite side.
And that is because there is no Good that comes out of War; War is biased and War is Evil. There isn’t a “good guy” or a “bad guy”, unless of course you are in it! That’s what I mean about being Neutral in a war situation.
I have a few questions for those out there who say that “Israel is committing genocide in Gaza” though. If this makes me “pro-Israel”, so be it but I don’t think so because I have heard NO ONE and I mean NO ONE write, post or ask the following questions that I have as of this date:
Observation #1
If Israel is committing genocide against the Palestinians, then why have they not attacked the Palestinians in the West Bank like they have Gaza?? After all, Palestinian Gazans claim they are “one state” with the West Bank. I suppose someone out there might say that it is in Israel’s plans to attack the West Bank next but that would be conspiracy talk. There is nothing indicating that Israel is intending to do this. Furthermore, I don’t think Israel is intending to EVER attack the West Bank (besides the few skirmishes they had so far) because that part of the Territories are more integrated with Israel than the world realizes. Gaza never was because they were under a different administration than the West Bank Palestinians. Which brings up observation number 2…
Observation #2
Israel pulled out of Gaza in 2005 and allowed them to be self-governing like the West Bank was. In 2007, Gazans chose Hamas to be the leadership over the Gaza territory while the PA governed over the West Bank. They are not one-in-the-same but their aspirations are similar.
Hamas, in their charter, has never recognized the right of Jews to live where they do now in Israel. Because of this fact, war with Israel was inevitable. If someone says they do not recognize the right of their neighbour to own their house next door, trouble is going to come sooner or later. That is what has happened in Israel but what the world refuses to acknowledge is that the Gazans chose Hamas to be their government as of 2007 to this day. If the Gazans were so sick and tired of losing this war and their suffering (which is great), why don’t they just turn over the rest of the Hamas leadership and end the war tomorrow??
Apart from a couple video testimonies, the Gazan “silence” against the Hamas leadership means they approve of Hamas more than they want an end to the war. They elected this regime democratically; they can undo it anytime they want.
Observation #3
America seems to side more with the Palestinians or Gaza in this war but my final observation and question is: if people are so outraged against this war, then why are people not outraged by the war in Ukraine or the wars in Syria, Sudan and central Africa?? I’ll tell you why: Big Media doesn’t want you to focus on those wars and two, there are too many Arabs and Jews in this country to NOT make it an “American” issue. [see my article “Who is making your decisions”? under the Educated People tab] and three, too many Jewish and Muslim professors stirring up controversy.
This isn’t about “Social Justice”; if you knew what that truly meant, you would be against ALL wars equally.
I won’t be sucked into taking sides on this issue!
